One of the long-standing goals of the Vampire Church is reaching out to other people, educating the public, and encouraging offline meetings. This will be done thru Offline regional offices and Area representatives that will be located throughout the States and other areas. These Area representatives will be the contact for reaching people in their regions. They will work in helping to arrange offline meetings among people who wish to meet and who live in their areas.
Offline Representatives are ordained thru the Universal Life Church and will be able to perform legal marriage ceremonies in their area. Offline offices will also help direct interested people to the Vampire Church website for further information. While we use the internet to reach people separated by distance, it is our work offline in the communities that define are ability to reach people who wish to reach us.
