mIRC Chat Room
|
To join the Vampire Church mIRC Chat room, you must first download the mIRC program. You can do this by going to this link: http://www.mirc.com and download the program.
Once you have downloaded the mIRC program, install it on your machine. You will want to setup your connect page which will be listed under File, then options. Make sure you setup this box to connect to an undernet.org server.
Use the server dropdown menu and just choose any undernet server. If you don't get connected the first try, the program will continue to try other undernet servers till you get connected. You will also want to choose a nick.
A nick is just a name you use to be known by on the undernet network. In the options box you will see the fields to fill out for your name, nick, and email address. Once you are connected, type in /join #VampireTopics. You
will then be connected to out online chat room there. We also have chats in #VampireChat and #VampirismChat that are not formal class discussions but informal chats for all.

The Vampire Church holds bi-weekly discussion classes on real vampirism topics. The classes are open to the public and free to all. You do not need to be a real vampire to participate. Discussion Classes are held on the mIRC Undernet servers on the #vampiretopics channel. This is a registered channel owned and operated by the Vampire Church for the discussion of real vampirism. Discussion Class time is 9pm EST every Wednesday and Friday evening.
The classes are held round-table discussion style giving all a chance to participate. The first hour of discussion is on the planned topic for the evening. After which there is an open discussion and Q & A session.
Sunday evenings at 9:30pm EST, an open discussion and Q&A session is also held. It always is a lively group.
Discussion Class participation is a great way to get to meet others in real time. One or more Vampire Church Council members are always in attendance and willing to give direct answers on your many real vampirism questions.
Discussions are held on the Undernet servers of the IRC on the #vampiretopics channel.
I hope to see many of you in attendance. Please feel free to contact me with any questions and concerns you have about Discussion Class participation.
