Energy Balls

Energy balls are very simple things, though they can be made to serve a use, they also can serve as training. This lesson is all about training, this lesson will teach you how to influence energy and to become more powerful in time. In bare basics of magic is Intend, Desire, Focus and of course Energy.

1. We begin with creating them, Just first put your hands together, finger on finger. Ya know flat hands like in a prayer vow. Begin charging your hands, focus on getting energy to your hands. Now keep the tops of your fingers together yet draw your hands out of each other.  Focus on the energy and slowly form a ball inside your hands. Now allow the tips to go free, just keep focus on the energy. 

Allow the ball to float between your hands. That is it for the first time. If at first you fail, just keep on trying but do take rest! Remember that you won't see the ball, but you will feel it. Magic is rather, invincible at times. It can't be said its easy shown! 

2. When you are pretty good in such then you can go to the next level, make the ball to things, like hollowing making it move, move it around with your will, further from you, take forms, rotate, invert. To influence the ball that it will do such things takes Focus, Energy, Desire and Intend! And you can train yourself with this.

Since magic exists mostly out of basic energy influence, being able to control a ball is to a witch the same as thick muscles is to a weightlifter. Strong energy control is the basis for shielding, casting things and pretty much everything!
